RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS.

I WAS TAUGHT MANY LESSONS AS A LITTLE GIRL.

ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT LESSONS I LEARNED WAS DO SOMETHING KIND FOR SOMEONE EVERYDAY WITHOUT EXPECTING ANYTHING IN RETURN.

This has stayed with me my entire life. It has become almost a Mantra in my daily living.

Something as small as holding a door for someone, bringing in a shopping cart , or telling someone who is working hard at a seemingly meaningless job that you appreciate what they do.

It feels good and it makes the other person feel good..
Win Win ..

My husband and I have taught our son about kindness.

It started when he was very young and we got him to go through his toys to donate to the children who may not have any.

We participate in food drives,

We have organised a not for profit pet food charity for those less fortunate.

Kindness doesn't stop when the holidays are done, or when the last can goes to the food bank.

It continues. through the smiles to strangers, the offers to help with carrying packages, and friendly conversation about the weather.

My families goal is one act of kindness daily.

Seem a little overwhelming?? start with one a week or month.. just start somewhere

Those who receive you kindness will thank you and so will your heart !
